Shipping

All orders are despatched from our warehouse in Berlin. All orders are sent via GLS.

Please note that Envirosax cannot be held responsible if you advise an incorrect or incomplete mailing address.

Under normal circumstances orders will be despatched the next working day, but during busy periods it may take an extra day.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is faulty due to workmanship, or damaged in transit. We guarantee all damaged or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All other sales are final.

Envirosax will pay the return shipping fees for any damaged or defective items, or items not shipped as ordered. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns and/or exchanges by mail, please include a copy of the original invoice, please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund for the damaged, defective or incorrect item, and let us know what is wrong with it. If an exchange, please indicate the item you would like to exchange for.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Envirosax web purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store carrying our products, and vice versa.Envirosax reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

Privacy

Envirosax is committed to respecting the security of your private information. We will not disclose or sell any of your personal information (including your email address) to any third party. We do not store any credit card information on our webserver; it is used once and then discarded.
